National Land Authority X Irembo Private Notary Training

In a remarkable step towards digitizing land transactions, the National Land Authority, in collaboration with Irembo, recently organized an extensive training session for over 90 private notaries from various districts. This training, facilitated by Irembo Academy, a specialized unit within the Customer Experience Department, showcased the commitment to equipping private notaries with the necessary skills and knowledge for the implementation of the new voluntary Sale E-Title initiative.

Irembo Academy plays a crucial role in ensuring internal and external stakeholders’ readiness through its comprehensive training programs. As one of the units of the Customer Experience Department, Irembo Academy is responsible for facilitating the development of Irembians, agents, partners, and customers through proper training. For new Irembians joining the organization, the academy oversees their onboarding process, familiarizing them with the organization’s products, services, and processes. Additionally, Irembo Academy provides training and support resources for users, including knowledge base articles, videos, FAQs, and Q&As. Franchisees and agents also undergo training conducted by Irembo Academy via a designated tool (TalentLMS), focusing on IremboGov services, application processes, and attachment of supporting documents. Moreover, Irembo Academy has developed training and certification programs to support clients, such as RNP, DGIE, MINALOC, and NIDA, throughout the approval process and to enhance their understanding of Irembo’s service application flow. By prioritizing training, Irembo Academy inspires trust, reduces client queries, increases knowledge about Irembo’s services, and ensures high satisfaction rates and efficient processing times.

Recognizing the pivotal role of private notaries in land transactions, the National Land Authority together with Irembo took proactive measures to ensure that these professionals are well-prepared for the implementation of the Voluntary Sale E-Title initiative. During the training, participants were acquainted with the technical aspects of the IremboGov platform, learning how to navigate through its features and efficiently handle land document requests. In addition, they received in-depth insights into the Voluntary Sale E-Title system, understanding its benefits, and how it can revolutionize the way citizens interact with the land administration process.

The training session aimed to elevate service standards in land transactions by equipping private notaries with the necessary skills and knowledge. The National Land Authority and Irembo envision a future where citizens can experience a seamless and user-friendly interface when dealing with their land-related matters. This not only streamlines the entire process but also instills confidence among citizens in the reliability and transparency of land transactions. The collaboration between the National Land Authority and Irembo showcases the commitment to embrace technological advancements and leverage them for the benefit of citizens. The Voluntary Sale E-Title initiative is a prime example of how digital solutions can simplify complex processes and enhance public service delivery. By introducing such innovative measures, the authorities are paving the way for a more efficient and transparent land administration system.
