The Rwanda National Police needed a more efficient way to manage booking appointments of over 10,000 annual motor vehicle inspections across various country inspection centers. The manual process was time-consuming for drivers as they had to spend long hours waiting to pay for the service at the bank and later on at the inspection centre.
In partnership with Rwanda National Police, we built an online booking system for motor vehicle inspection. The system enabled drivers to select the inspection centre of their choice, choose an appointment date, and pay digitally through numerous payment channels such as mobile money and bank cards.
